The America: Now+Here 2009 Portfolio is a compilation of thirteen photographs by some of America’s most respected artists, from Ralph Gibson to Sally Mann. Aperture is pleased to help support the America: Now+Here 2009 Project by making this exquisite portfolio available through us to our collecting audience .
America: Now+Here was conceived in response to the aftermath of 9/11 by the preeminent artist Eric Fischl. The project encourages and recognizes artists that create new work exploring America’s people, places and ideas. The proceeds of the sale of the portfolios will be directed to help underwrite the costs associated with the America: Now + Here exhibition.
