Because between watching Sicko this weekend (and learning that it did just okay at the box office) and just now in the elevator reading about Bush commuting Scooter Libby's sentence, neither of which will engender any real anything from American voters--I just want us to put ourselves out of our misery.

I'm feeling your pain here Carla. Perhaps the end will come from outside with something like ... China calling in American debt for example.
