A Developing Story…

Thanks to Eliza for initiating this conversation with me and publishing it at—I do go on in it but I stand by all of it!

more posing beauty

I followed the link to b.vikki vintage from Fly and what an amazing sensibility for photographs this young woman, Rebecca V. O’Neal, has. It’s somehow a little hard to believe she’s only 22. maybe because to most 22-year olds on the web the 70s is as vintage as they go. She has posted some gorgeous [...]

What kind of mind could conceive of this?

I’ve been working in this field for 25 years and I’m burned out on photography and art, the site(s) are in need of major updates/ revamping/ retooling, social media is exhausting, [...] […]

    • Mambu Badu’s Inaugural Magazine November 11, 2011
Danielle was briefly a contributor to this site; I am very excited to hear about her latest venture, the collective and now journal Mambu Badu “that seek to find, expose, and nurture emerging female photographers of African descent.”  Congrats, Danielle! As you may (or may not) know, last fall, I co-founded Mambu Badu, a photography collective […]
